Qualified counsellors in sexual health and sexually transmissible infections (STIs), including HIV, are available from Monday to Friday at Melbourne Sexual Health Centre.

Counselling is available for individuals or couples with concerns about sexual health and STI's, including HIV. There is a limited ability to provide ongoing therapy at MSHC. The service is unable to offer counselling to couples or individuals experiencing relationship difficulties. At present it is also unable to provide ongoing therapy for people with sexual dysfunction.

The counsellors will assess anyone who is referred to the service and discuss the options open to the client. Most appointments are generated from referrals made from within MSHC.
