At Melbourne Sexual Health Centre we are committed to providing sexual health care safely for all. We expect that there will be changes to the way we provide you with sexual health care, and will keep you updated as things change.
COVID-19 (coronavirus) standard precautions:
- If you have arrived back in Australia after 15 March, self-isolate at home, do not come in to Melbourne Sexual Health Centre. If you have symptoms of an STI, call us on 93416200 for advice.
- If you have a fever OR are experiencing any respiratory symptoms like a sore throat, cough or shortness of breath you must call us 93416200 before coming in.

Routine STI testing: No walk in service. Call first to book a time to test. 93416200
Walk in service for :
- People with symptoms of sexually transmissible infection
- People in need of urgent treatment, such as PEP

If you are already a PrEP client at MSHC, we continue to provide this service.
If you are unwell with a fever or cough, call us before coming in for your appointment.
The Green Room
We continue to deliver essential services to our community, ensuring people living with HIV have access to HIV care and medication is a priority.
We expect that there will be changes to the way we provide our services, in light of COVID-19 and aim to keep you updated as things change.
Telehealth is an option for some clients.
