Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC) has been in operation since 1918 as a specialised unit for the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmissible infections (STIs).

It is the only centre that provides full-time, free sexual health services to the people of Victoria. The Centre became part of Alfred Health in 2003.
