Patients are seen and treated irrespective of Medicare status.  

The following referral information is required, if available: 

  • A basic health summary 
  • HIV results incl. latest CD4 and viral load (if available) 
  • Results of other STI testing, particularly syphilis serology and treatment history (if available) 
  • For transfers of care please, provide comprehensive notes, incl. vaccination history, any recent outpatient correspondence and an HIV resistance genotype where available. 

Sending referrals to us via email is preferable  or,  

For non-urgent care or more information, please speak to one of our nurses to schedule an appointment rather than advising the patient to walk in.  This helps us to triage and organise care in a timely way.
