Logging in and E-Registration

This guide will step you through how to access the MSHC Appointment booking system.

To make a booking the Online Triage Tool will assist you with your options and elegibility.
Alternatively, if you are in the building, scan the QR code
 

1. Enter your mobile number and date of birth and tap Submit.
2. You will be sent a one time passcode (OTP) to your phone. Enter the number onto the screen.
3. Complete the following information:

Selecting a service

Online bookings are available for those with NO symptoms and chose one of the following:

  • I need an STI check up
  • My sexual partner has an STI
  • I need a sex worker check up

When a person choses STI services and YES have symptoms, they will be directed to attend the walk in service
 

1. Select a service from the What do you need? page by using the dropdown menu
2. After making your selection, you will be asked:
3. Select Yes or No and tap the Submit button.

Selecting a time slot

The system will display the Booking an Appointment page after you submit your triage answers.

1. Select your desired Appointment date
2. Select a time slot and click Next.
3. Tap Submit to confirm the appointment, or cancel if no longer required.

Receiving Appointment Confirmation

Check your mobile phone for a SMS message to confirm your appointment.

Check in for Appointment

1. To check in for your appointment, log in to the service via the website/QR code. (See Login steps above)
2. Tap on the appointment(s) you wish to check in for
3. Tap the CHECK IN button.
4. The system will display the CASI form page. Complete questions asked, and tap Submit when finished.
5. A message will pop up to advise you take a seat and to wait for a team member to call you. Select OK to acknowledge message.
6. The system will log you out.
